Description:
SUMMARY
This field position will be dispatched to diagnose and repair Pella Window and Door products in existing homes and on new construction job sites. The successful candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem solving skills, a passion for customer service, and previous experience in residential construction, remodeling, or home repair.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelors Degree Preferred; one year related experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Excellent verbal and communication skills, the ability to effectively communicate with customers that may be confrontational, diplomacy in working with both internal and external constituencies.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, size conversions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply basic concepts of algebra and geometry.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and service performance/warranty issues with windows and doors
- Stock products and parts for successful completion of service events
- Provide status updates to customers, sales personnel, and management
- Interface with the customer to set expectations and overcome obstacles
- Approach every situation with a commitment to customer satisfaction and a service ethic that demonstrates that we will never abandon our Pella customers
