About the Role:
We have opportunities for a Resident trade qualified Diesel Mechanic to service the far South Coast of NSW.
A varied role that will see you working on a range of equipment across John Deere construction & forestry and Vermeer construction & civil.
This Resident Field based role will entail from general service and repairs to major overhauls and new machine assembly and prep for sale.
In the field role you will travel out to the customer properties and will have the use of a company vehicle for this purpose.
A “sign on” bonus is also available for the right candidate!
Responsibilities:
YOU WILL BRING THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE TO THE ROLE:
Mechanical Trade Certificate
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems
Previous experience of engine overhauls and major rebuilds including electrical, hydraulic and diagnostic skills
A current and valid driver’s licence
Strong customer service focus and dedicated work ethic.
A mature attitude and logical and methodical approach to your work which will enable you to work through problems in both a workshop and field environment
