Service Technician Riding Team for Diesel Generator Engines on Board AIDA Fleet

Your Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the nominated superior on board (e.g. onboard Department Head/Riding Team Leader).
  • Carry out maintenance, repairs and installation of any kind requested by the nominated superior on board.
  • Work independent for assigned tasks as required by the nominated superior on board.
  • Assist in transportation and support ongoing activities as required and assigned.
  • Timely completion of requested workload.
  • Responsibility to comply with the HESS regulations, e.g. fire safety, within their assigned work place and whenever on board.
  • Preparation of workplace and cleaning up after finishing duties.
  • High attention is given to the cleanliness and execution of smooth work while operation and out of service.

Your Profile:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as motorman/engine assistant, ship´s mechanic or similar
