Description:
- Provide phone and on site aftersales services and technical support
- Attend technical meetings, conduct technical trainings
- Clarifications of technical issues with customers / contractors
- Conduct installation and commissioning training at site
- Responsible for the upkeep of the equipment, machinery & facilities
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
- Able to work at high element environment and on site (safety training provided)
- Travel oversea for customer support
- Dedicated, committed, a good team player
- 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred.
- On-job training will be provided
