Description:
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Service & Warranty Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
- The processing and qualifying of Service requests and Warranty claims
- Providing administrative support to the Service & Warranty Supervisors
- Responding to a high number of emails in a timely manner
- Receiving all incoming telephone calls from customers regarding service related issues and resolving in a timely and professional manner; and
- General administration duties
