QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of technology implementation and/or managed services experience
- 5+ years of ServiceNow product support experience in large complex environments
- Experience with multiple ServiceNow modules, such as: ITSM, ITBM, or ITOM
- Team leadership experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Ability to travel up to 25%, based on work you do and the clients and industries/sectors your serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
