ABOUT THE TEAM

Our IT Service Management (ITSM) team is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team. As a member of our ITSM team, you will be responsible for managing and improving the delivery of IT services to our users. You will work closely with our technical teams to ensure that our systems are operating efficiently and effectively.

You will be responsible for the overall technical design and implementation of our ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with the platform owner and key stakeholders with oversight and overall sign off of technical designs and ownership of all HLD and LLD’s for the platform.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical design and rollout of the ServiceNow platform.
• Create and own all HLD and LLD for the platform as a whole.
• Provide technical input to the platform review.
• Provide technical guidance to the development team ensuring best practice and best in class development at all times on the platform.
• Provide technical oversight and leadership on the ServiceNow design forum (to be created)
• Stay current on new Servicenow features and functionalities and recommend updates and enhancements as needed
• Monitor platform performance and identify areas for improvement
