Description:
1. Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive BPR strategy to align the client to map out Level 1 to 3 processes across Enterprise Risk Management (risk identification, risk aggregation, risk analysis, residual risk approval, risk monitoring).
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and innovation
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive BPR strategy to align the client to map out Level 1 to 3 processes across Enterprise Risk Management (risk identification, risk aggregation, risk analysis, residual risk approval, risk monitoring).
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and innovation.
- Process Analysis and Assessment:
- Guide client’s teams to conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes (Level 1 to 5) to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Utilize data-driven insights and best practices to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of current processes.
- Redesign and Optimization:
- Lead cross-functional teams in the redesign of business processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational goals.
- Change Management:
- Guide the implementation change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new processes and ensure a smooth transition for all stakeholders.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with department heads, project managers, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless development and integration of reengineered processes.
- Foster a collaborative environment to encourage ownership, input and feedback from various teams.
- Performance Metrics and Monitoring:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and value outcomes to measure the success and impact of reengineered processes.
