The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end implementation of two or more ServiceNow modules and at least three years of previous ServiceNow business analyst experience. You will also require the following:

• Bachelor’s degree (Informatics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering)
• CSPO (Certificate Scrum Product Owner) and CSM (Certificate Scrum Master)
• At least two years of experience in designing and improving processes

We are seeking a Business Analyst with a strong background in ServiceNow implementations to join the most exciting team in Cognizant. As a Business Analyst, you will identify areas that can be improved to increase efficiency and strengthen business processes. You will also work with the Process and Technical teams on client engagements to gather requirements, identify solutions to business process problems, and assist in the solution design.

In your first few weeks in this Business Process Analyst role, you can expect to:

• Prepare technical reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information and trends
• Develop business case scenarios that meet the real customer’s needs
• Recommend solutions that satisfy the business needs based on experience and knowledge of ServiceNow’s capabilities

• Assess the risks of various solutions and communicate every scenario to the customer.
