We are looking for ServiceNow Consultant to join our company in one of our projects, in Lisbon. The focus will be on support corporate/regional and local SMEs in the use of ServiceNow GRC module functionalities.

TEAM:

Reporting to ITR & CyberSecurity Team Leader.
As part of the development of its IT Risk Management team, the IT Risk Officer from the company organization in Nanterre (France) is looking for a ServiceNow expert collaborator based in Lisbon.
This professional will be part of a team ensuring IT Risk management and reporting.

Tasks:

• As a functional admin, manage user groups in ServiceNow GRC according to the IT Organization of the entities for accurate accesses and workflows.
• Identify the bugs and report them to the company ServiceNow management team.
• Develop specific reports from scratch based on specific needs and requests of the IT Risk team.
• Support local SMEs worldwide in all entities of the company, in the use of GRC module.
• Track GRC evolution requests and incidents.
• Participate in the implementation of new GRC functionalities when needed.
• Participate in workshops with the company ServiceNow management team.
• Twice a year, to manage the technical set-up in GRC for permanent control campaigns.

Requirements:

• Technical and functional expertise on ServiceNow (mandatory).
• A good level of ServiceNow data model knowledge (mandatory).
• ServiceNow Functional Admin experience (mandatory).
• ServiceNow CMDB experience (mandatory).
• Academic degree in IT or at least 5 years of expertise on IT field.
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
• Fluent in French and/or Spanish (highly valuable).
• Very good Expertise in MS Office tools especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication skills (both written and spoken) in a multi-cultural environment.
• Good level of awareness for details.
• Ability to be autonomous.
• Commitment to the job and the team objectives.
• Systematic, critical and logical thinking.
• Aim to deliver very high quality results, respecting the deadlines.
• Respect the procedures, methodologies and directives.
