ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 5 years experience working within the same or similar roles such Project Management involving ServiceNow projects.
• A deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including its modules, functionality, and best practices is crucial for effectively implementing and optimising solutions.
• Excellent communication skills are vital for effectively gathering requirements, communicating with stakeholders, and translating business needs into actionable ServiceNow solutions.
