JOB DESCRIPTION

Min. 7+ years of experience working as ServiceNow developer
Build workflows to create & manage AWS services
Integration with AWS services in building Cloud workflows
API Integration with DevOps Broadcom CICD pipeline
Experience, With automation platforms such as AWS CloudFormation, Hashicorp Terraform

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

? Must have ServiceNow foundational certification
? Experience with automation platforms such as AWS Cloud formation, Hashicorp Terraform, Broadcom Continuous Delivery CICD pipeline, AWS CLI, and Ansible is an asset.
? ServiceNow certified Administrator/Developer.
? Strong technical skills, with at least 8+ years of experience and a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Development.
? Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
? Experience implementing the following Core Process Areas: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request, and CMDB.
? Experience creating custom solutions from scratched in the Global application and Scoped applications.
? Must have proficiency with JavaScript, AngularJS, Jelly.
? Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: ServiceNow APIs, SSO, SAML, SSL, Amazon Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS
? Working in an Agile environment with knowledge of JIRA.
? Ability to work both independently and in team.
? Knowledge of Devops and tools like Ansible, Jenkins, Artifactory and any Orchestration tools.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design forms to gather request data.
  2. Develop, and/or re-use existing workflow, to apply various governance activities and validation prior to initiating automated tasks. These include approvals by HR manager, cost centre owner, and account owner.
  3. Develop new data objects such as a pattern repository to include ownership, terms of use and other attributes. This may be used in the approval process and linked into self-service request types or options.
  4. Create audit trails using pre-approved change records, and add configuration item records
  5. API Integration with Devops Broadcom CI/CD pipeline to initiate automation. Provide JSON structured data that will be used to create pipeline workflow using existing patterns of integration.
  6. Leverage connectors to AWS Service Catalog to initiate automation
