Essential skills:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role;
• Proven experience with one of the following ServiceNow modules (HRSD, Employee Journey, Self Service, or similars);
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and web technologies;
• Good knowledge of Jira or Confluence;
• Good knowledge of English.
