Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day operations of platform configuration, maintenance, and support.
  • Lead the deployment of features and ServiceNow releases.
  • Act as support administrator to corporate IT/Operations, typically come in and address tickets, system maintenance, reporting clean-up
  • Perform and coordinate platform activities such as developing specifications, coding, testing, debugging, adjusting, and documenting to ensure successful implementation and maintenance of the platform.
  • Lead code-review sessions and ensure overall code quality aligns with business and project requirements.
  • Monitor production and user acceptance testing support to troubleshoot complex problems on applications and technologies.
  • Coordinate with third-party support consultants, follows-up on tickets and to ensure issues are resolved to satisfaction.
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams to conceptualize products and services, leveraging data to drive original design ideas and decisions.
  • Work with the Platform Owner and the Platform Architects to identify and evaluate complex solutions against a wide range of criteria, develop new capabilities, workflows, platform, integration, and data challenges.
  • Participate in managing the platform and components upgrades and data maintenance and migrations.
  • Create clear and concise technical and process documentation.
  • Contribute to the agile team goals by collaborating with other functional teams, actively participating in Scrum ceremonies, and expanding the technical capabilities of the team.

Screening Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a closely related discipline, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience
  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience on ServiceNow platform
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
