Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Forward Air is seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow RPA Developer to join our growing team enterprise IT team. This role involves collaborating with various teams to understand business requirements and develop efficient Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using the ServiceNow platform. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and customizing RPA workflows, conducting testing, and debugging, monitoring and maintaining existing bots, and identifying automation opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) within the ServiceNow platform
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Robotic Process Automation (CIS-RPA) certification preferred or equivalent in ServiceNow
SKILLS:
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub
- Strong understanding of RPA concepts, including process mapping, workflow automation, and bot development
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient RPA solutions within the ServiceNow platform
- Design, develop, and implement RPA workflows, bots, and automations using ServiceNow’s RPA capabilities
- Customize and configure ServiceNow RPA modules to meet specific business needs
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of RPA processes to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Monitor and maintain existing RPA bots, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance
- Work closely with business analysts, process owners, and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on RPA best practices and methodologies
- Document RPA processes, workflows, and configurations
- Stay up to date with ServiceNow releases and enhancements related to RPA
