Location: Preference is for candidates located in Canberra, ACT. However strong candidates from other states will be considered.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Mandatory

• Experience in multiple disciplines of Service Management
• An understanding of operational systems including compute, cloud, networks, storage etc.
• Operational experience in at least 2 Service Management disciplines
• Proficient in MS Office products
• At least 2 years experience using and/or implementing Service Now

Preferred

• Experience in implementing and/or working within a SIAM model
• Demonstrated experience in developing requirements, procedures and processes in IT Service Management
• Technical knowledge of operational systems including compute, cloud, networks, storage etc.
• Minimum baseline clearance

The Department of Health and Aged Care are looking to enhance their Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) capabilities and are looking to implement a new Service Management Platform using Service Now.
The department is looking to engage up to 4 specialists for a period of six (6) months, with possible extensions, to assist in developing and transitioning to Service Now. The Department is looking for individuals or companies that have skills in Service Management and Service Now to assist in the transition.
