JOB DESCRIPTION:

In order to support the Chief Services FCAS department, Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a

DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Academic degree in engineering or equivalent
• At least 8 years of experience in (military) aviation business
• Profound knowledge of ISS processes and operational challenges that can be proven by dedicated projects and responsibilities in former positions (real life experiences in a military aviation environment is a must)
• Military background (at leadership level) is a plus
• Reference with regard to former ISS positions & responsibilities is a plus
• Experience as Lean Manager is a plus (proven by dedicated responsibilities in former positions)
• Innovative and disruptive mind-set and vision to propose and implement agile solutions and challenge the traditional ways of working
• Strong communication skills complemented with the talent to express complex interdependencies in an easy and clear way
• A team player with international openness
• Flexibility and engagement (work in evolving and changing environment)
• German and English at negotiation level

EXPERIENCE LEVEL:

Professional

• Alignment of all ILS management tasks and deliverables with internal and external stakeholder for dedicated contracts covering the development, production as well as initial In-Service Phase
• Support of all activities related to the contractual obligations of FCAS Services for dedicated contracts
• Elaboration of future orientated ILS/ISS solutions (definition of support strategies and their translation into concepts, derivation of system requirements and technology needs)
• Exchange with ILS Experts and Specialists of Airbus Defence and Space and (inter)national partners ensuring their involvement and consultation in order to ensure an optimal ILS baseline for future systems
• Participation to and preparation of internal and external meetings
• Prepare and release ILS related deliverables during the Programme execution phase
• Support and ensure the identification and definition of ILS related PMT tasks
