    About the role:
    Lendlease is currently has an opportunity for Services Engineer/Manager to join our team in Victoria to help guide and deliver our ongoing Health care pipeline, with an opportunity available on one of our Community Hospitals in the Southeast, before shifting onto another or large data centre project out of our head office in Docklands.
    As a Services Engineer/Manager with Lendlease you will play a key role in managing the detail design for building services packages, whilst managing subcontractors and service suppliers to deliver a successful construction project. This includes developing and maintaining construction programs, implementing the procurement strategy, value engineering, managing quality and always ensuring elevated levels of Health & Safety.
    You will be responsible managing the interface requirements between services and building elements including design, coordination, approval, installation, and commissioning and completion requirements of all services disciplines in conjunction with the project team.

To be successful you will need:

  • Degree qualified in a relevant field of study (M&E Engineering or Construction Management related)
  • Previous experience working on large-scale projects, where you will have managed complex building services packages (mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and hydraulic), preferably from within Health, Tertiary, or Commercial projects
  • Able to communicate with influence you will enjoy engaging with multiple internal, external and client stakeholder groups.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills will be essential as you will be managing multiple internal and external stakeholder groups
  • Making yourself accountable for driving client-driven outcomes and safety initiatives
