Responsibilities:

As a Services Logistic Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of uniforms and equipment supply at our Events and Venues.
You will work closely with our Service Managers and Venue Managers team to coordinate the transportation, distribution, and delivery of uniforms and equipment.

Your attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will be crucial to your success in this role.

  • End to end Event Uniform supply – From delivery and distribution to the Event to end of Event collection and laundering uniforms in preparation of the next Event.
  • Serve as a point of contact between Service Managers, Venue Managers, and employees, providing regular updates on uniform supply.
  • Uniform Issuance: Issue uniforms and equipment to employees according to departmental policies, ensuring proper sizing and quantity.
  • Monitor and Maintain Inventory levels not limited to but including; Uniforms, Radios, event and security equipment.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to procure necessary items and ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
  • Additional ad hoc tasks as required the Management Team
