KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Certificate IV in Hospitality or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in leading teams.
  • Ability to meet the needs of clients, visitors, and employees.
  • Demonstrated commitment to high-quality service delivery.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Sound computer literacy in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and supervise by example.Commitment to Work Health and Safety (WHS) in the workplace.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Budget management experience.
  • Experience working in the Aged Care Industry.
  • Knowledge of Infection Control.Cert IV in Frontline Management or similar.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Services Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the provision of excellent Hotel Services, including catering, cleaning, and laundry.
  • Leading and directing teams and individuals, supervising their work within the determined budget.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory authorities.
  • Managing and maintaining stock at required levels.
  • Updating relevant information in the Residential Client Management System.
  • Handling resident and staff complaints regarding hotel services.
  • Coordinating staff training and professional development.Providing regular performance development and reviews with employees.

  • Hotel Services: Overseeing the delivery of high-quality hotel services and ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Cleaning Services: Ensuring all general cleaning is well-managed and maintained to a high standard.
  • Catering Services: Delivering high-quality dining services, ensuring a restaurant-like experience.
  • Laundry Services: Ensuring residents’ clothes and linen are laundered to the highest standard.
  • Leadership: Providing quality leadership, conducting recruitment, and ensuring employee training.
