Job Description:
As Service Planner you will act as a bridge between clients and provide information on how they can access to our services. In addition, work as an intermediary between clients, often serving in a support role for them during difficult times.
We are looking for a Service Planner to join our team to coordinate between internal and external teams and the customer and contractors. We need someone detail-oriented with an eye on customer satisfaction to ensure clients receive the services they need for a speedy recovery.
A Service Planner’s responsibilities include working directly with clients to ensure their cases are attended timely manner. Planner explain what options are available and keep records about everything offered in the facility.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven work experience as a Service Coordinator/Planner or similar role.
- Strong work ethic and service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Stay up to date with services, policies and regulations.
- Strong record-keeping and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- An associate degree or bachelor’s degree in relevant field is preferred.

- Assist clients with services for benefits and entitlement.
- Advocate for adequate, timely and cost-effective services.
- Respond to any issues that occur during the delivery of services, escalate to management when needed.
- Schedule appointments for clients, answer phones and track clients’ service records.
- Monitor the services being provided and stay up to date on any services being introduced.
- Evaluate the quality of all services and identify areas that need improvements and report to management.
