You are fluent in English, both verbal and written (English is essential kwoedges of other languages is a bonus).
Responsibilities:
This role is best described as a jack-of-all-trades, therefore offering a broad and exciting challenge where you will be at the heart of the business.
Your resposibilities will consist of the following tasks:
- You will be responsible for End-of-Service communication to our customers.
- You wil perform billing activities/corrections through ServiceMax and SAP.
- You will support and play a role in the Remote Service incident process.
You will act as bridge between legacy and new process flows ensuring continuation of service delivery.
