Responsibilities:
AS SERVICE SPECIALIST CUSTOMER ORDER & FULFILLMENT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Facilitating order management - process order intake, input into internal systems, connecting to customer portals and systems.
- Supporting forecasting, billing and collection activities.Being the key contact for customer inquiries, customer complaint (issue) resolution process, work with operations to understand and communicate commits and status to customers.
- Collaborating other business units, contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards specifying activities, planning of activities and giving explanations on technical issues.
- Handling standardized project processes (Guidelines for choosing the right actions, some latitude in ways of working and planning).
- Dealing with targeted clients, working on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in Italian and English
- Have several years of experience in Valves Busines
