Responsibilities:

As a Services Specialist – FP&A Operations, you will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with Project Managers to provide control on projects cost and analyzing project margins.
  • Performing detailed analysis versus budgets and preparing department reports.
  • Contributing to strategic digitization & simplification projects to identify and improve productivity.
  • Analyzing the performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation as well as corrective action plans as required.
  • Advising functional managers regarding projects, processes, and procedures in the own field.
  • Managing the business cycle, budget, and forecasts for the organization.
  • Analyzing and reporting asset utilization, actively identifying for improvement initiatives.
  • Participating in allocation of assets to upcoming jobs based on job criticality and asset maintenance status. Ensuring rental assets are transacted to customer ledgers.
  • Monitoring short-, mid- and long-term job activity, asset availability and critical components inventory levels to ensure effective fleet utilization.
  • Working closely with internal customers (Field Engineers and Service Coordinators) to coordinate tooling and spares requirements.Conducting other duties as assigned timely

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a degree in economics or other relevant discipline (long and relevant experience may compensate for the lack of higher formal education).
  • Have good oral and written communication skills both in Norwegian and English.
  • High level of service-mindset.
  • Be able to manage and process data.
  • Be able to work independently as wee as in close collaboration with others.Be systematic and analytic
