Position Description
The Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary invites applications for a Sessional Instructor to teach Spring 2024 MGST 217 LEC 01 on Mondays/Wednesdays 09:00-11:45. Classes in the Spring 2024 semester run from May 6 to June 17, 2024. Registrar Scheduled Exams will take place between June 19 to June 22, 2024, if applicable.

The calendar description of the course:
“Introduction to data representation and analysis. Students will think critically about business problems, gather, evaluate, analyze and synthesize relevant data, and create insightful models to improve the quality of decisions. Communicating and presenting quantitative analysis to lead managerial decision making will be emphasized while continuing to advance both individual and group leadership skills.”

QUALIFICATIONS

  • PhD or PhD ABD in Business Technology Management, or MBA with extensive industry experience in Business Technology Management is required.
  • Prior teaching experience with Business Technology Management is also required.
