AES is currently recruiting for Set Up Technician for our client in Orangeville! This is a fantastic opportunity that you will not want to miss out on. Our client specializes in plastics manufacturing and is looking to expand their team right away!
This position is responsible for set up and operation of various machines/equipment (extrusion lines, slitting operations, ovens, mixers, grinders, shredders), quality control, basic housekeeping, and troubleshooting.

Experience with hand held measuring equipment /blueprint & drawings

Good math and computer skills

High attention to detail

Forklift license/experience

Strong communication skills

Ability to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment with continuous processes.
*
Previous experience in a continuous production process (not assembly line) as a Set Up Technician. Setting up, troubleshooting, tear downs and change overs.
Rate of Pay
Depending on knowledge, skills, abilities, experiences both work and educational the rate could range from $20.00- $27.00 per hour
