Job Overview:
We are seeking an organized and experienced Client Care Associate to join our Integrated Medical Centre. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service, have excellent communication skills, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This candidate will work closely with the medical staff to ensure a seamless healthcare journey for our premium patients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and visitors warmly, provide directions and assist with patient on-boarding.
  • Organize and maintain the patient lounge, including the inventory management of all items kept in the pantry.
  • Ensure that all food items are stored appropriately and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Serving and clearing any plates or cups after the patient leaves.
  • Perform regular checks of pantry inventory levels and notify the Centre Manager when stock is running low.
  • Assist with the food ordering, receiving, and storing of supplies and materials.
  • Comply with all service quality, infection control, health and safety requirements to maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Work closely with medical and administrative staff to facilitate efficient clinic operations and enhance patient experience.
  • Undertake duties as assigned by the Centre Manager.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma and/or relevant training or experience in hospitality or F&B field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
  • Empathy, patience and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations and demands.
  • Must be physically fit, stand for extended periods of time, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and food safety practices.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
