Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Compensation and Benefits (Total Rewards) to join us at Doctor Anywhere. You will be responsible for designing, maintaining and evolving our compensation, benefits and equity program to attract and retain our talents.
This is a critical role for our rapidly growing organization where you will partner closely with the Head of People & Culture, People Partners, Talent Acquisition team and business leaders to drive strategic compensation decisions and deliver creative, competitive, sustainable and analytically-driven total compensation programs.
You must have had experience in designing and administering equity compensation at a tech start-up/company and deep understanding of scaling compensation and benefits programs and practices at a start-up, with familiarity in market best practices in the South-East Asia region.

A SUMMARY OF THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ARE AS FOLLOWS

  • Lead the development, implementation and administration of all compensation programs including compensation review cycles, salary benchmarking, benefits review, equity administration and benchmarking and various incentive programs.
  • Partner with teams in P&C to design our compensation strategy, programs, and issues, including equity practices.
  • Responsible for creating a unified practice for compensation, benefits and leveling framework at Doctor Anywhere
  • Manage the design of our equity program and administration of our equity portal
  • Manage relationships and projects with key external partners, such as compensation consultants, benefits brokers, and third-party tools and platforms
  • Provide regular compensation analytics, using internal and external tools, to ensure pay parity and market competitiveness in the South-east Asia region.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for Doctor Anywhere to evolve and uplevel our compensation and benefits practices as we scale and grow in the region.
  • Educate our leaders/managers and employees in understanding our compensation philosophy and programs.
