QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant qualifications.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in software delivery for sizeable transformational or digitalization projects.
• Should have 4-8 years of hands-on experience administering SharePoint farm
• In-depth understanding of the capabilities of Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013, 2016 and 2019.
• Extensive experience of SharePoint 2013/2016/2019 Installation and configuration.
• Comprehensive experience and knowledge of SharePoint 2013/2016/2019 migration.
• Hands-on experience with deployment of enterprise-level portals and collaboration solutions on SharePoint platform.
• Hands-on experience in Internet Information Server, Active Directory, ADFS, SharePoint Online, Access Service, Timer Jobs.
• Certifications for AWS Solutions Architect and DevOps Engineer will be highly considered.
• Strong understanding of what can be done using OOTB features in SharePoint.
• Strong SQL experience including SharePoint Database specific maintenance jobs.
• Hands-on Experience with PowerShell and scripted automation.
• Knowledge of architectural design, management and troubleshooting with a focus on planning, deploying and supporting enterprise SharePoint implementations.
• English-speaking with good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively with customer and team members.
• Ability to work within fast-paced agile development environment.
• Candidates with extensive experience, excellent communication skills and good certifications will be considered for Senior and Lead positions.

• Setting up Microsoft SharePoint 2019 in high availability, multi-server roles and multi-tier environment, installing and configuring large server farm topologies in AWS/Azure.
• Performing maintenance of the SharePoint platform, servers, and intranet.
• Troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint issues or malfunctions.
• Installing, configuring, maintaining, upgrading and managing a SharePoint Server or a Farm.
• Keeping up to date with SharePoint developments and performing version updates and upgrades.
• Performing the necessary procedures and regular tasks (daily/weekly/monthly) to ensure the effective and efficient operations management of the SharePoint Server Farms.
• Highlighting and proposing fixes for any issues detected from the SharePoint Server Farms’ health check exercise.
• Assessing the impact and support the installation of related software components and/or configuration changes to all application systems hosted in the SharePoint Server Farms.
• Installing the relevant updates and releases and test to ensure successful operation of all the relevant applications in both staging and production environments.
• Applying patches, service packs, and infrastructure updates
• Providing overall technical architecture and plan all SharePoint platform related systems; working with architects to rationalize the technical design and ensure the solution work well with the government infrastructure, policies, standards, and security requirements.
• Preparing and updating Technical Requirements Specifications.
