SKILLS:

SharePoint 2010/2013 installation & configuration, upgrades, and maintenance experience in windows cluster environment
As well as superior knowledge and demonstrated technical proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint with experience in managing medium to large environments. Candidate should able to troubleshoot all aspects of SharePoint effectively and understand the product configuration, flow and logging in detail. Candidate should able to understand the base operating system, SharePoint Management Packs and should have experience in following :
Active Directory installation and configuration, SharePoint 2010, IIS tuning and customization, F5 Configuration, Reverse Proxy Configuration, SSL configuration and SSL Off loading , Certificate Installation and configuration.
Plan and design databases, develop or update workflows and migrate data from one environment to another.
Good experience in Windows PowerShell scripting and SP WSP Deployments
Performs system tuning to enhance performance; develops backup schedules according to project and system requirements.
Creates a system disaster recovery plan.
Good knowledge and understanding of latest version of databases such as SQL server and Oracle.
Good communication skills and understand customer feedback and can face customer in all requirement discussion. Can manage infra and multiple vendors.
Ability to work independently and with teams
