DataPath, Inc. is a global leader in remote satellite-based communications solutions that solve our customers’ toughest communications challenges in urgent time frames and under extreme conditions. We specialize in enabling complex communication networks that are critical to the operations of the Department of Defense, Civilian Government, and Commercial markets. Currently, we are seeking a SharePoint Developer.
This position supports the U.S. Army Project Manager Tactical Network (PM TN) Global Field Service Representative (FSR) Support Services program. The program provides FSR support of communications for the Government primarily for operability and sustainment of the Tactical and Strategic antenna system such as the Deployable Ku Earth Terminal (DKET), Mobile DKET, Secure Internet Protocol Router (SIPR)/Non-Secure Internet Protocol Router (NIPR) Access Point (SNAP), United States Marine Corps (USMC) Support Wide Area Network (SWAN) and Commercialization efforts, Micro Very Small Aperture Terminal (mVSAT), VSAT, Inflatable Satellite Communications (SATCOM) Terminal (ISA) CJNCC NETOPS Multinational Information Sharing (MNIS) Combined Enterprise Regional Information Exchange System (CENTRIXS), Coalition Partner Network-X (CPN-X); and Combined Joint Task Force (CJTF)-OIR AO-wide Network, but are not limited to only these terminals and support.
The SharePoint Developer performs a wide range of activities to setup and manipulate web parts, maintain, and modify master pages, and connect to various data sources for dynamic display of information. The SharePoint Developer will report actual and potential safety issues to appropriate supervisors and management personnel. This position is accountable for ensuring efficient and high-quality software deliverables.

Additional Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management, or related field, and five (5) years of related work experience.
  • In lieu of a BS degree, an Associate degree plus seven (7) years of related experience.
  • In lieu of degree, must possess eleven (11) years of related specialized experience.
  • Minimum three (3) years of demonstrated experience in technical support for SMS 2003/SCCM 2007 or SCCM 2012 in an Enterprise environment.
  • Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer. Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, configuration, and customization.
  • Most possess coding and programming experience.
  • Most possess analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Ability to be flexible, resourceful, organized, and work in a fast paced business environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Must be prepared to live and work in the country of Kuwait.
  • Must be willing and prepared to work up to 60 hours per week.
  • Implement SharePoint products as required by the government.
  • Perform activities to setup and manipulate web parts, maintain and modify master pages, and connect to various data sources for dynamic display of information.
  • Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint architecture and applications, workflows, and forms.
  • Implement SharePoint products as required by the government.
  • Provide SharePoint administrative support for SharePoint sites.
  • Collaborate the achievement of projects that align with mission goals.
  • Generate reports and analytics as requested.
  • Participate in daily and weekly workplace meetings, as required.
  • Responsible for use of SharePoint for any mission goals.
  • Work with IT and Project Leads to design, plan, and manage long mission goals.
