Description:
ARE YOU AN EXPERIENCED SHAREPOINT CONSULTANT WHO IS READY TO STEP INTO A NEW CHALLENGE AND WORK IN AN AWARD-WINNING TIER 1 COMPANY?
- At least 5 years of experience in SharePoint consulting.
- Extensive experience supporting, patching, and administering a large on-premises SharePoint farm.
- Previous experience in working for an MSP or large enterprise company.
- Experience supporting RecordPoint, K2 (Workflows & Forms) and Nintex on SharePoint 2013.
- Experience in M365, including SPO, MS Teams and the Power Platform
- Strong PowerShell skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills in a complex SharePoint environment
- Experience with workflows, content management systems, collaboration, portals and search technologies is a must.
- Development skills are advantageous C#, .Net, SharePoint Development and Azure Web applications.

Responsibilities:
LET’S TALK ABOUT THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Utilize Microsoft SharePoint best practices across on-prem and public cloud implementations
- Analyze SharePoint imp lementations to identify and address areas of opportunity with team members to translate user and system requirements to functional technical requirements.
- Implement M365 governance, including implementation of provisioning frameworks and Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE).
- Root cause analysis and service improvement solutions
- Execution of application and/or platform changes, releases, and service requests in supported environments.
- Liaise with appropriate teams for the development of corrective actions or viable workarounds to resolve major incidents.
- Perform audits and analysis of application environments.
- Adhere to ITIL guidelines for Incident, Problem, and Change Management
- Ensure all work is carried out and documented in accordance with required standards, methods, and procedures.
