JOB OVERVIEW

Sutton Health and Care delivers (SHC) services to the population of London Borough of Sutton.
The Sutton Borough Clinic Reception team provide an efficient administrative service across all the Community Services Division.
We are looking for a Patient Services Administrator to cover our clinic receptions throughout the Sutton Borough. This includes the Jubilee Health Centre, St Helier Hospital, Green Wrythe Lane, Roundshaw and Robin Hood Lane Clinics. Your role will also include covering back-office duties when required. You will travel and work at all of the above clinics when required.
You will be required to work 7 ½ hours per day, Monday to Friday inclusive. The exact start and finish times will be agreed in advance but will fall within the hours of 8am to 6:00pm to meet the needs of the service, with an unpaid break for lunch.
Your role will be to provide a patient focused service by responding to queries on the phone from patients, referrers, staff and managing appointments and queries across the division. The post holder will also cover within the Administration Centre when required. The Administration Centre processes large amounts of referrals on behalf of various services and manages waiting lists.
