• Design, development, maintenance and review of corporate health, safety and environment management compliance systems standards, procedures, guidelines, templates and forms in line with statutory requirements.
• Coordination of safety management compliance systems improvement meetings involving Safety Managers (feedback loop for systems improvement).
• Coordination of environmental management compliance systems improvement meetings involving HANZ SHE Systems Manager and Environmental Team.
• Involvement in site visits, audit and self-assessment activity to test effectiveness of systems compliance implementation.
• Assisting in the design and development of the SHE system on the Google SHE Intranet to ensure the information and processes developed are communicated in a clear and concise way and easily accessed.
• Supporting the maintenance and/or development of Safety, Health and Environment induction and training courses in Rapid Induct
