Responsibilities:
- To manage, repair and redecorate the assigned floors.
- To check all appliance pertaining to fire and health & safety on a weekly basis.
- Carry out all administration duties to show a record of all works carried out on a day-to-day basis.
- Implement and maintain all energy saving devices, in collaboration with the Chief Engineer.
- Record all materials used and inform the Maintenance Office of any spares and materials required.
- Adhere to the company 10-minute response, to a guest related maintenance request.
- Assist other Maintenance staff to accomplish maintenance tasks.
