PAY RANGE - $17/HOUR TO $19/HOUR - DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

TERRY’S, , is looking for talented Managers/Shift Leaders for our Opening Shift/ Mid shift who are committed to providing a best-in-class guest experience, are Crew Member focused, and passionate about service the healthiest and highest quality food and drinks of any fast food restaurant in Texas. We want leaders who are motivated and thrive in a high-energy, high-volume restaurant. Our Managers/ Shift Leaders can lead in both the Back of the House (BOH) and Front of the House (FOH).
REQUIREMENTS:
- Day shift availability
- Managers serve safe (we can provide for you if needed)
- 1 year of restaurant experience
- Ability to promote teamwork and develop and support others
- Ability to lift 35-50lbs.
- Ability to lift, reach and bend over for product.

Responsibilities:
- Arrive at 6am to open the stand. Shift length can be 6-8 hours long. Mid shift ranges.
- Setting up the stand which includes Stocking the stations, ordering, inventory, cash handling and food safety walk.
- Being responsible and in charge of the stand while the GM is not present.
- Supporting the team and jumping in where needed.
- Creating a positive and proactive atmosphere, while having each other’s back.
- Focus on great customer service, treating our guests like family.Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant
