As a Shift Lead Operator, you will be responsible for managing the shift team, overseeing production processes, and ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your leadership will drive the team towards achieving manufacturing excellence, maintaining our high-quality standards, and adhering to safety regulations.
