Shift Lead

at  PJs Coffee Gentilly

Pj’s Coffee in Bossier City, LA is looking for one shift lead to join our 12 person strong team. We are located on 2119 Airline Drive Ste 100. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable.
THIS POSITION is PART TIME. Approximately 3 to 4 Days a weeks. Weekend availability is required.
Responsibilities
*Interact regularly with customers ensuring a positive experience *Coordinate and facilitate staff member’s tasks to ensure timely execution *Train and develop new team members to company standard *Accurately process and reconcile shift payment transactions *Motivate staff while working towards one goal *Maintain shop in clean and safe environment.
Qualifications
*Outgoing and engaging personality *Strong communication and listening skills *Able to resolve conflicts quickly and efficiently *Experience in a leadership role is a definite plus *Must have a Safe Serv or obtain 30 days after hiring.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $10.00 - $14.00/hour.
