JOB SUMMARY

The Shift Leader is responsible for directing the activities of the Team with an emphasis on Safety, Product Quality, on time delivery, and production efficiency.
Ensure that production meets or exceeds efficiency and company quality standards. Ensure that facilities and processes conform to GMP standards by managing Quality Systems and documents.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Nitec/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Has managed a team of 10-20 pax before.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Experience in supervision of assembly manufacturing facility.
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a TEAM environment.
• Good people skills are essential for liaising with other departments.
• Good communication skills are essential.
• Injection molding experience is a plus point.
