An exciting opportunity awaits an enthusiastic, motivated, and compassionate individual to take on the role of Shift Leader working in a residential setting being supported by the registered manager. As the shift leader you will be supporting the 24-hour care of our children alongside the team leader and registered manager, including staff allocation and performance monitoring, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services in compliance with internal standards, CQC, and external care regulatory requirements.
