Description:
As a shift leader in 2 shifts you’re able to manage your 18 employees and keep the team motivated. You’re a hands on manager yourself as well and won’t mind to roll up your sleeves to work hard. You’ll be working in Hazerswoude- Dorp in a repair center for CC containers/plant containers. Good work!
WHAT WE NEED
Required skills:
o Strong communication and organizational skills
o Technical background – previous experience as technician is obligatory
o Dedicated, hard-working person
o Forklift driving license
o Min. 5 years’ Experience
o English, Dutch
Responsibilities:
- Shift Leader duties
- Technical equipment maintenance and repair assurance
- Basic training for staff on the repair stations
- Support of daily, weekly, monthly productivity plan performance
- Ensuring regular inspections of the equipment
- Loading /unloading works
- Electrical works on machines
- Reporting to the Repair center managemen
