Description:
At Mountain Mike’s Pizza, we are searching for the next person to lead a team of 5-10 employees during their shift. Reliability and consistency is the key to success in this position. Each position has specific duties and responsibilities.
REQUIREMENTS:
Responsible for the operations of the shift
- Guest Service: Strive for 100% guest satisfaction by motivating crew, ensuring “the basics of good guest service” are followed, as outlined in the Guest Service Module, and promoting crew morale. Handle complaints in a professional manner, aiming for the 100% guest satisfaction goal
- Crew Efficiency/Order Completion: Position crew for maximum efficiency according to hourly sales volume. Use the Expeditor, Make Crew, and Oven/Cut/Wrap as a team. Monitor order tags for timely completion. Do a daily prep list and review it for completeness.
- Restaurant appearance and safety: Supervise crew to ensure the restaurant is ready for business. Use all checklists and training guidelines in Crew Training Modules. Report any unsafe activities, potential hazards, or equipment problems to the Restaurant Owner/Manager
- Be able to perform and train all positions using applicable Crew Training Modules
- Follow safety practices and have a general understanding of existing federal, state, and local regulations (e.g. wages, working conditions, sexual harassment).
- Use good judgment to direct, deploy and motivate the crew to include quick and accurate order completion, friendly service, and thorough cleaning.
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to do bending, lifting, squatting, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- Be able to do the repetitive moving of hands, wrists, and arms
- 18 years or older
- Outgoing, upbeat and hospitality-oriented personality
- Possess great communications skills to create a positive interaction experience with our guests
- Detailed oriented and able to handle cash and credit cards
- Prior restaurant, retail, or hospitality work experience is preferred

Responsibilities:
DAILY TASKS
- Review/sign off all Opening, Shift Change, and Closing checklists
- Make Shift Assignments
- Check schedule for parties, groups, etc.
- Run shifts/lunch breaks/ten-minute breaks
- Do Food order, Produce Order
- Do Prep List, check it at the completion
- Set up tills
- Count out tills and drivers
- Make quick decisions that benefit the company
