REQUIREMENTS:

• GCE ’O’ level with credits in Science/Technical subjects or NITEC (NTC 2) in Chemical Process, Mechanical Fitting, Electrical Fitting & Installation, or Electronics.
• Willing to work for 12 hours shifts.
• Strong team player with initiative, drive, and commitment. Ability to thrive under pressure and communicate effectively with colleagues.

THE ROLE:

As a valued member of our Manufacturing Section, you will work with cutting-edge technology and advanced engineering controls. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in achieving manufacturing targets while upholding workplace safety, health, and environmental standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support plant commissioning, start-up, shut down, and production activities to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Execute production operations, conduct quality checks, and perform minor plant maintenance to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Conduct field inspections, collect samples, and record data to enhance plant reliability, product quality, and production efficiency.
• Actively participate in the Emergency Response Team, including training and executing emergency countermeasures.Adhere to Health, Safety & Environment policies and procedures, contributing to a culture of workplace safety, health, and environmental protection.
