Role Overview:

  • Join a leading luxury travel retailer at Perth Airport as a seasoned retail manager.
  • Lead a team in providing exceptional shopping experiences in duty-free shopping.
  • Oversee a wide range of products, from beauty to technology, and ensure seamless operations.

What You’ll Do:

As a retail leader, your responsibilities will include:

  • Guiding and inspiring a team of 10-30 passionate retail professionals to achieve sales goals and deliver premium customer service.
  • Embracing a customer-centric approach by handling enquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and COVID-19 safety measures.
  • Collaborating with store management to implement effective merchandising strategies and promotions.
  • Cultivating a positive work environment that fosters teamwork, motivation, and personal growth within the team.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Leadership experience within large format retail is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with customers and team members.
  • A mandatory COVID-19 vaccination in line with safety guidelines.
  • A Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts in accordance with international flight schedules.
  • The ability to thrive in a very busy retail environment.
