No surprise if you have – Big Chill Distribution is a leader in the storage and express delivery of chilled and frozen products nationwide, with ten depots strategically positioned throughout New Zealand.

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Putaruru starting at 12:00am until 9:00am, Monday to Saturday. This is a full time position and would suit someone who is comfortable working midnight shifts.
Primarily the role will require you to lead your team and make sure the afternoon shift runs smoothly, whilst ensuring our customer’s specifications are loaded correctly and they continue to receive a great service.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

• Daily allocation of work tasks and staffing requirements.
• Managing the freight sort and supporting as required, to present freight on time for drivers.
• Ensuring all freight goes to the correct destination and is in perfect condition.
• Coach, train and develop employees.
• Health and Safety guidelines and compliance are maintained, and any incidents are reported.
