Acting flexibly and responding quickly, you will provide prompt support to Operations teams, and investigate and resolve equipment, process and automation issues, to minimise operational delays in Wet-End, Dry-End processing and in changeovers;.
You will collaborate with plants on to the monitoring and control of key processes and critical operations. Good communication skills will be key for effective sharing of information with other members of the STS team and with peers and stakeholders in the Process-Centric Teams and in the support functions.

You will help develop the capabilities of colleagues by sharing your knowledge and expertise and acting as a mentor in relation to Catalyst and production best practices.
