Responsibilities:
- Ensure personal delivery style is open, inclusive, and respectful of all delegates, whilst being an ambassador for diversity and inclusion.
- Ensure health and safety of all delegates for the duration of their training.
- Deliver training content against Company standards and take part in ongoing needs analysis of design and delivery skills to ensure consistency and quality of design and delivery, across the team - ensuring all training cards are completed
- To complete all team training so the whole team can better serve our customers and clients
- To actively gain customer feedback, passing information gained onto your line manager
- To acquire a good knowledge of all products in order to be able to advise individual customers on their product choice and train the team in good product knowledge
- To maximise all sales opportunities through selling techniques
- To be polite, professional and friendly at all times with customers, clients and colleagues
- To ensure the highest level of customer care is adhered to at all times
- To demonstrate a can-do attitude towards individual customer requests and strive to exceed customer expectations
