QUALIFICATIONS
1．Crew management experience is required, international crew management experience is preferred, or Captain or Engineer qualifications on ocean-going vessels.
2．Bachelor’s degree or above
3．Familiar with international regulations such as MLC2006, STCW, ISM rules, Singapore’s own regulations and the company’s safety management system..
4. Good interpersonal communication and organizational and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility and meticulous work.
5．Fit and proper
6. Proficient in speaking and writing English, ability to interact with global staff of various levels.
Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
7. Ability to communicate with Chinese client or ship crews will be a plus point.
