As a Shipping and Receiving Associate, you will report to the Shipping Manager and Plant Operations Manager and play a crucial role in ensuring that orders are accurately processed and shipped in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Accurately pulling and preparing orders for shipping.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe work environment.
- Counting and verifying inventory.
- Inspecting stock for damage and faults, and communicating errors to relevant parties.
- Labeling and storing inventory in an organized manner.
- Loading and wrapping stock on pallets.
- Working collaboratively with other team members to meet daily shipping goals.
TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE, YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- A valid driver’s license.
- Previous experience in order pulling or shipping and receiving.
- Excellent people skills.
- A strong work ethic and positive attendance record.
- Physical dexterity and strength, including the ability to lift heavy items and work in adverse weather conditions.
- The ability to work extended hours when necessary.
