Premier Tech Growers and Consumers is looking for an energetic individual to join our Shipping team at our St. Isidore facility.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • High school diploma
  • Ability to use and navigate computer systems and various softwares
  • Experience in administrative tasks such as data entry, preparation of documents, and maintaining reports
  • Scheduling and coordination skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Team spirit
  • Experience in a shipping environment — an asset
  • Experience using an ERP system – an asset
  • Bilingualism in English and French — an asset

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and a collaborative environment with truck drivers
  • Schedule inbound and outbound appointments for delivery and shipment
  • Prepare shipping documents while ensuring prompt and accurate data
  • Enter, transfer, modify and verify data in computer systems such as JD Edwards
  • Enter, maintain, and complete reports in a timely manner
  • Check record entries against supporting documents
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service team to coordinate activities
